Project Management

Module Overview

This module equips manufacturing industry leaders with globally recognized PMP-aligned frameworks and tools to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects within manufacturing contexts such as plant expansions, new product introductions, EHS upgrades, and Industry 4.0 transformations. The focus will be on structured delivery with practical application and PMI PMBOK-aligned terminologies.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this module, learners will:

  • ✅ Understand PMI’s project management principles and domains.
  • ✅ Initiate and define clear project objectives and charters.
  • ✅ Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, time, cost, quality, and risk.
  • ✅ Apply monitoring and controlling tools to track project health.
  • ✅ Manage stakeholder engagement and team leadership in projects.
  • ✅ Close projects systematically with proper documentation and lessons learned.
