    This program is tailor-made for experienced professionals in the manufacturing sector—engineers, plant managers, QA/QC leads, EHS officers, and aspiring leaders who want to step into strategic, techno-commercial roles.
    Yes. Upon successful completion, you will receive a globally recognized European MBA degree, accredited under the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS), accepted across 60+ countries, including North America and Europe.
    Not at all. This is a work-integrated MBA designed for full-time professionals. Live online sessions are held on weekends, and all in-person components (ICT campus immersion, outbound leadership training) are scheduled with plenty of notice.
    This MBA is built specifically for the manufacturing industry, blending business leadership with industrial technologies, ESG, AI, plant operations, and supply chain strategy. It’s not theory-heavy—it’s outcome-focused.

    Your sessions will be led by mentors and faculty / alumni from MIT, NUS, IITs, IIMs, ICT, and global manufacturing leaders from top companies. You’ll learn from people who’ve run plants, built factories, and led global industrial transformations.

    Our graduates step into senior roles in operations, plant leadership, EHS strategy, supply chain, and innovation management. Many go on to lead large business units or launch their own industrial ventures.
