This program examines how high-performing manufacturing organizations design and manage operational systems for reliability, productivity, and scale. Participants study core execution frameworks including process design, capacity planning, lean systems, TPM, operational KPIs, and continuous improvement architectures. The focus is on building execution capability at both plant and enterprise levels, with attention to decision flows, accountability, and operational governance. Through applied cases, learners analyze failures and successes in operational execution and develop frameworks to diagnose bottlenecks in real facilities. The certificate is designed for leaders responsible for plant performance, operational excellence, and execution discipline in complex manufacturing environments.
